We recommend sticking the proforma or commercial invoice in triplicate on the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible, preferably in a so-called mailing bag.For DHL, the CN23 customs declaration is also required. ATTENTION: If the value exceeds EUR 1,000.00 per day (value of goods + shipping costs), an export declaration must also be made at the customs office.(The sender bears sole responsibility for the completeness and correctness of all documents to be enclosed. PAKAJO is excluded from any liability)

What happens if I enter the wrong dimensions or weight? Each shipment is measured and weighed in the hub of the selected postal or parcel service. Any deviations from the data stored in the order are determined and recalculated by the service provider. You will receive a so-called recalculation from us with the determined price difference on your next invoice. Note The postman or parcel carrier can refuse to pick up your shipment if the dimensions you specify do not appear to correspond to the actual dimensions. The shipping service provider can therefore hold back your shipments or deliver them with a delay.
-
How do I measure a package? Please determine the measurements as accurately as possible so that the correct shipping costs can be determined. Incorrectly specified dimensions can lead to a recalculation. Use a tape measure or ruler to record the correct measurements in millimeters. We need the following information from you:Length (L) x Width (W) x Height (H) Length is the largest dimension, width is the middle dimension, and height is the smallest dimension.
-
How do I weigh a package? The weight must be entered as accurately as possible, as an incorrectly entered weight can lead to a recalculation. For a low weight (up to 2kg), a kitchen scale is very suitable for determining the weight. If your shipment is heavier, you can do the following: Use a bathroom scale and weigh yourself first. Then you put your shipment on the scale. The difference between the two weights is the shipment weight. Own weight incl. shipment – own weight = shipment weight

What advantages do I have with a PAKAJO account?Especially when it comes to shipping, many companies still rely on well-known shipping processes and rarely on innovations. The large number of postal companies and parcel services with different tariffs makes a manual comparison almost impossible. In addition, the use of postal companies for the international shipment of goods is subject to many conditions that are very difficult for entrepreneurs to meet. In addition, the slightest change in dimensions or weight leads directly to a recalculation of the price. The comparison in a shipping cost calculator is therefore advisable, since suitable shipping offers for the stored data can be searched for automatically. In addition to significant time savings, this also ensures that you can really use the best offer for shipping. Online retailers often have to deal with high shipping volumes. Pakajo offers shop integration and the import of shipping data so that shipping can be booked as easily and quickly as possible.
-
Is PAKAJO free?Registration and use of PAKAJO is completely free. You only pay for the shipping orders placed - without minimum quantities or contractual obligations.
-
Why is PAKAJO so cheap? We negotiate the shipping conditions directly with the partners in our network. We also get better prices from the shipping service providers by bundling orders. This allows us to offer you attractive shipping prices, some of which are cheaper than the shipping service provider itself.
